The Chartered Governance Institute of the United Kingdom and Ireland is delighted to announce that the nominations for the 2023 CGIUKI Awards are now open. The One to Watch, recognizing those who are early in their governance career, who have made a significant impact to their organisation, and who hold great potential for the future.
Governance Professional of the Year, celebrating those who have made a positive contribution to both the profession as a whole and their organisation. Governance professionals come from a wide variety of roles, whether they are heads or directors of governance to trustees and non-executive directors.
Team of the Year, are you part of a team or worked alongside a team that have always strived for excellence within the governance profession? At CGIUKI we want to recognize not just individuals but the teams of people that help to drive innovation and good governance within their organisation.
Service Provider of the Year, do you outsource your governance needs? Has your governance service provider consistently delivered excellent results? This award looks to recognize the outstanding contributions of third-party governance professionals and organisations.
Champion for Governance, one of our most coveted awards, given solely to individuals who represent the pinnacle of good governance. Nominated individuals are people who have gone above and beyond in acting as an ambassador for the profession.
Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year, has your organisation worked on an initiative that reshapes how it furthers diversity and inclusion in the workplace? Or has there been a project that you admire and wish for it to be recognized? This award is for organisations that have created truly innovative initiatives.
Governance Project of the Year, do you know of a team that has completed a governance project in the last year that did not just achieve stellar results, but utterly transformed the organisation’s governance capabilities? This award is for the projects that stand head and shoulders above the rest.
ESG Initiative of the Year, standing for environmental, social and governance (ESG) this category was created to celebrate the teams and individuals who have driven projects within this field that have had real and demonstratable benefits to the organisation, its employees, customers and other stakeholders.
