Lisa joined the CGIUKI Board in January 2019, serves on the Investment, Remuneration and Nominations Committees, and is a Trustee of the Institute’s pension and assurance scheme. She was Group Company Secretary at Railpen Ltd, which provides inhouse pension and investment services for the railways pension schemes. She specialises in governance and compliance.
