AGM results 2016
The Institute’s Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday, 14 September 2016 at 17.45hrs (local time) at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, Ballroom 2, 199 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia
The businesses on the agenda were:
1. To receive and consider the report of the Council on the business of the Institute for the year ended 30 June 2016.
2. To receive comprehensive financial statements of the Institute for the year ended 30 June 2016.
Results
The vast majority of the voting members approved the resolutions put forward at the annual general meeting.
