AGM results 2017

The annual general meeting of the UKRIAT Division of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators was held at 18.45hrs (GMT) on Monday, 6 February 2017 at Saffron House, 6–10 Kirby Street, London, EC1N 8TS, United Kingdom.

The business of the agenda were:

  1. To receive and consider the annual report and financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2016.
  2. To re-appoint Moore Stephens LLP as auditors and to authorise the UKRIAT Committee to set their fees.
  3. To approve the amendments to the UKRIAT Regulations of 15 September 2014 set out in Appendix A to this notice. 
  4. To authorise the Chief Executive and Secretary, as a matter of course, to correct any grammatical, numbering or typographical errors and be authorised to incorporate any amendments to the Regulations which do not materially affect the intent and meaning of the proposed Regulations as set out in Resolution 3.

Results.

The vast majority of the voting members approved the resolutions put forward at the annual general meeting.
