Sue Richards is Strategy Director at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). Based in London, she is responsible for developing and implementing the Institute’s strategic plan and direction.
With a career in strategic and business development in professional and academic publishing, Sue joined the Institute in 1998, first as Joint Managing Director of ICSA Publishing and later as Joint Managing Director of ICSA Information & Training Ltd. She was appointed Strategy Director in January 2013.
Prior to joining ICSA, Sue worked in business and product development roles at international publishers Prentice Hall and the Longman Group. She began her career with business information provider, Dun & Bradstreet.
Sue has a BA Honours degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Durham, UK.
