Driving Accountability

How do we drive accountability that evaluates ownership for our decisions? This could be speaking up, doing the right thing, or challenging one another as individuals, teams, divisions and directorates. We will also talk about creating time for individual and team learning to improve what we do, and doing so in a kind and respectful manner.
