The Ghana branch hosted a CPD event for our members and student. 

George Coleman FCG, Company Secretary at PwC, provided the opening address for the meeting. Followed with presentations by Simon Osborne FCG, Chief Executive of The Chartered Governance Institute UKRIAT, on the value of good governance and board evaluation. Theresa Minnie, Head of Outreach at the Institute, will also give an update on The Institute's qualifications and core company secretary competencies.
