Companies ACT 2014 - Table of Destinations and Origins
The Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation have now published a very useful table of origins and destinations relating to the Companies Act 2014. These tables will allow Company Secretaries to see very easily where sections in the previous legislation have transferred to in the new Act. It also shows where sections in the new Act relate back to in previous Company Law legislation.
