Our annual conference took place on 22nd of May 2024 at The Printworks in Dublin Castle. It was great to see so many of you attend and hear from a range of very interesting presenters. Photos of the event can be viewed here.
CPD – Execution of documents and practical considerations for the Board – Tuesday 7th October
This training session seeks to review keys element and practical considerations regarding the execution of documents by the Board including formation of a contract, Deeds, delegation and powers of attorney; dating and escrow arrangements. What is the role of the secretary in the process?

We are delighted to announce the launch of a new dual award masters in Corporate Governance with Hibernia College. Similar to our other dual award qualifications once a student qualifies, they can apply to become a Graduate of the institute and then progress on to an Associate.
