Notice is hereby given that the 43rd Annual General Meeting of the Irish Region will be held at The Mansion House, Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Ireland on Friday, 8 November 2024 at 12 midday in order to transact the following business:

Agenda:

1. To receive and approve the minutes of the 42nd Annual General Meeting;
2. To receive and consider the Annual Report of the Region Council and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2024(The Annual Report and Accounts will be laid before the meeting and copies will be made available to any member upon request for same).
3. To elect/re-elect officers and members of the Region Council; and
4. Re- election of the Auditor.
