Andrea Brennan will lead a focused CPD session primarily designed for Irish company secretaries and independent directors. This session will provide essential insights into key corporate restructuring and liquidation processes, including Members Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs), Creditors Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Compulsory (Court) liquidations, voluntary strike-offs, Examinerships, SCARP (the Small Company Administrative Rescue Process), and mergers.

Andrea is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation & Arbitration team and has extensive experience in dealing with substantial and high profile commercial disputes particularly those with an insolvency or IP focus.
Andrea acts for International Companies, Insolvency Practitioners, Professional Services Firms and Financial Institutions. Her work has included acting for liquidators, receivers, examiners and companies in distress or the focus of a regulatory investigation. She has also acted on regulatory investigations, complex cross border asset recovery and enforcement matters; cases with a civil fraud element and issues relating to contempt of court. Andrea also collaborates with our specialist IP teams in acting for client looking to assert their IP rights or to defend unmerited IP litigation.
