Employee Share Schemes meeting

Employee Financial Participation (EFP) is coming more into the spotlight for firms operating in Ireland as they seek to attract and retain key talent. This means offering employees a share holding in the firm and engaging with them via this ownership.

Sean McKeon, Company Secretary of Dalata Hotel Group, brought the processes to life through the Groups hugely successful employee Save As You Earn stories. Sean Quill, Managing Director of Sean Quill Consulting, also shared the many case studies that he delivered for clients over his nearly 20 years of working with employee share plans.
