Overview of New Insolvency Regime Workshop

This event was held on Thursday 30 November 2017. 

Justice Ferdinand Smith and Fayola Evans Roberts from the office of the Supervisor of Insolvency were joined by Mr. Cadyion Campbell of PricewaterhouseCoopers to discuss:

  • receivership and assignment mechanisms;
  • different players in the insolvency regime (supervisors, trustees, receivers and inspectors); and
  • the Insolvency Act/Regulations 2015 and its impact on the winding up of companies.

This workshop was suitable for insolvency/liquidation practitioners, chartered accountants, chartered secretaries, attorneys, company directors and bankers.
