The meeting opened with Simon Osborne FCG, The Institute's CEO of the UKRIAT division, taking you through the key findings and recommendations from the recent The Chartered Governance Institute/Henley Business School report, 'Conflict and Tension in the Boardroom'. The report contains a set of core principles to guide boardroom behaviours, and insights into making boardrooms places of collaboration, as well as of challenge and independence. 

Simon then discussed the latest thinking and developments on the future of governance, followed by a discussion on how this may impact the governance in Trinidad and Tobago.
