Dr Laurence Lyons

Laurence is Visiting Academic Fellow at Henley Business School and an expert in organisational change. Building on a successful career as a director working for Digital Equipment, he developed a portfolio of academic and advisory roles. His executive coaching and consulting career extends over fifteen years and includes blue chip and multinational clients from the UK, USA and Europe. He has provided services to a wide range of sectors such as banking, pharmaceuticals, technology and professional services.

Described as a leading authority on organisation transformation, Laurence was the founding Director of Research of the Future Work Forum and has published extensively on the development and leadership of organisations. As co-editor and author of Coaching for Leadership: The Practice of Leadership Coaching from the World’s Greatest Coaches, Laurence has collaborated with a global network of thought leaders. He has consolidated many of his insights in the development of the Situational Intelligence Methodology with Anna Bateson.
