Fabia Welch-Richards

Fabia Welch-Richards is a Senior Manager in PwC's Entity Governance and Compliance practise. Fabia specialises in corporate governance and has worked to build out PwC’s response to emerging governance regulation and issues. She works across industry and business sectors, whilst also leading her team’s private business team and Southern market. She has seen the evolution of governance across family businesses, private equity backed businesses and listed groups and has worked with her clients to transform the way they do governance, and therefore business.
