MSc Finance from London Business School, Chartered Company Secretary and Fellow of Corporate Governance and The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
Ms Tchedaeva has over 15 years of Corporate Governance experience, which became her main area of expertise since joining Polymetal to prepare it for the IPO and ensure ongoing compliance with the best corporate governance practices, including compliance with the UK Governance Code, Bribery Act, Listing Rules, etc. For the past five years voted top-1000 senior governance professional among companies doing business in Russia, in 2020 included in the list of 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining.
Tania participates in conferences, roundtables and other evets, speaking on governance, stakeholder engagement and diversity. She also actively participates in the work of the Russian Governance Association, liaises with Women in Mining UK &Russia. Supports mentoring programmes in Polymetal as well as provides extensive training on corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, gender pay gap reporting and remuneration best practice.
