2020 Winner
The first of two joint winners in this category, Francesca came into her role just as lockdown was having an effect and immediately made an impact.
She really “hit the ground running”, in the words of the judges, and demonstrated adaptability and responsiveness in recognising and responding to the culture of her clients. Particularly noteworthy was the way she took a proactive approach to learning her way round a different jurisdiction’s laws and regulations in a bid to offer reassurance to a client in that jurisdiction
Our second joint winner is another whose nomination attested to the challenges faced by many nominees as a result of lockdown.
The nomination included a good description of the tasks and activities Louise undertook during the year, supported by solid testimonials. Noteworthy projects on which she worked included the introduction of entity management technology, execution of documents and a number of high profile transactions. The judges were particularly struck by the way she helped and supported colleagues to deliver a continuity of service.
