2021 Winner
This was a particularly interesting year in which to review risk reporting and it was striking to see how different companies had dealt with their reporting in different ways. The best reports in this category shone by being specific, offering real insight into the challenges facing the business, including COVID with insight that gave confidence that risk is being identified and managed effectively. We saw some great examples of the viability statement being front and centre in the risk process and risk clearly linked to KPIs. Our winner, in particular, provided detailed scenario modelling with real granularity and an explanation as to why those scenarios had been chosen – all inked explicitly to strategy.
