Chris Hodge is an independent advisor on corporate governance and regulation. He who is currently advising the Institute of Directors and the International Corporate Governance Network among others, and was an advisor to the Chartered Governance Institute from 2016 to 2020. Chris was previously the Director of Corporate Governance at the Financial Reporting Council where he was responsible for the UK Corporate Governance Code and for introducing the first national stewardship code for investors.
