Kelvin is a Senior Policy Associate in the Financial Reporting Council's (FRC) Corporate Governance and Stewardship team, where his role involves stakeholder engagement, policy development, reporting analysis and research. Kelvin has worked with the FRC AGM Stakeholder Group to deliver good practice for company meetings during this time, and he continues to assess the quality of disclosures in annual reports as part of the FRC's Annual Review of Corporate Governance reporting. Kelvin is now working on the proposed revisions to the UK Corporate Governance Code.
Prior to joining the FRC, Kelvin was a member of InterContinental Hotels Group's company secretarial team, where he assisted with the annual report and other essential governance responsibilities.
