Lauren joined the Financial Reporting Council as a Policy Associate in the Corporate Governance Team in May 2022. Lauren leads the teams work as secretariat to the Wates Coalition Group who oversee the Wates Corporate Governance Principles. Her role involves assessing the quality of disclosures against the UK Corporate Governance Code as part of the FRC’s Annual Review of Corporate Governance Reporting, stakeholder engagement and policy development. Most recently Lauren has been working on the review of the UK Corporate Governance Code.
