Mo Wiltshire has extensive experience of working with Boards on inductions, Charity Governance Code audits and governance reviews from a range of perspectives; a volunteer, staff member, CEO, trustee and consultant.
Mo has worked within the education, youth and human rights charity sectors for more than twenty-five years, two decades of which were within senior leadership positions. Her staff roles have included CEO, Director of Governance and Designated Safeguarding Lead. Mo has also been a mentor to a range of charity leaders, a turnaround board adviser, chair of HR Subcommittee and chair of a school governing body.
Mo has a BA in politics and an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management and is based in London.
