Lorraine has been Group Company Secretary of Reach plc since the start of 2020. For many years she was a financial services lawyer in private practice but since becoming a company secretary has worked for Shawbrook Bank, Rio Tinto and Prudential/M&G, having been involved in the Annual Report at each organisation.
