Sarah is a qualified Company Secretary, with 16 years of entity management experience in Financial Services. Sarah has gained invaluable experience during her career from working both in Front Office and also Corporate Secretariat. Sarah and her team were deemed a centre of excellence for Legal Entity Management in the Investment Bank and she was notably asked to lead a team to deliver key Legal Entity strategic projects under Structural Reform for Barclays.
Sarah has a passion for challenging the accepted norm, delivering change and is progressive in her approach when it comes to Stewardship. Sarah is renowned for being an effective communicator with an ability to develop, maintain and grow strategic relationships within key stakeholder groups.
