The CoSec Coach
The CoSec Coach was established in 2022 to provide coaching and company secretarial consultancy services. Using coaching techniques and experiences of operating at all levels of the CoSec journey, the CoSec Coach aims to harness the untapped potential and capabilities of the CoSec/governance function. We have a passion for improving efficiency, developing teams, accelerating team expertise and finding practical solutions to overcome challenges. Coaches can help you to overcome issues, try new strategies and achieve your goals within a safe space, to reflect and think and free from judgement.
In addition to coaching, we can facilitate CoSec team away days, mentoring, project work, functional performance and effectiveness reviews and much more.
