As a speaker and author, he is passionate about changing the narrative surrounding governance, risk and compliance and their integration with organisational culture and performance.

Perrin sees governance as a beautiful; an interconnected, multifactorial and complex system capable of transforming organisational and societal outcomes, such as securing intergenerational value and peace –

“Organisations and boards are complex systems and there is an interconnected web of relationships that exist within them.

Understanding those relationships within your organisation and board is the key to understanding which elements are the levers you should be investing in as a board to develop agile, collaborative and resilient organisations fit for the uncertainty of now.”

As CEO of CoSteer, he created GovQ+, a regulatory technology and assessment diagnostic with a human-focused approach. This technology helps organisations and boards move towards a more dynamic, flexible and responsive business model that promotes long-term growth, shareholder value, sustainability, consumer confidence and regulatory compliance.

“We have created a governance model, methodology and AI driven technology that measures these interconnected relationships, and so by quantifying governance in a non-binary fashion, we are able to measure organisational governance performance –We then align these outcomes with corporate governance codes and frameworks from around the world and bring governance to the Boardroom centre.”
