Sean Smith

Sean is a Partner in the Risk Advisory department of Deloitte where he provides regulatory advisory services to regulated firms including credit institutions, investment firms and payment services providers. He is also Head of Banking and Capital Markets and the Deloitte Brexit Lead. Sean has particular expertise in assisting firms to meet their governance, organisational and fitness and probity obligations. As part of his role as relationship partner for several high impact financial services institutions Sean has provided a range of services to include: governance reviews; Board effectiveness reviews and workshops on regulatory developments. He has also been involved in supporting a number of financial services institutions on SEAR preparations. Sean focuses on giving practical business focused advice and offering compliance solutions to his clients.
