This ICSA guidance note discusses current thinking on the topics of governance and management, with a view to helping trustees/directors/governors to apply good practice and keep actions and procedures relating to their academy under review. It has been drafted so that any academy trust, no matter what its size, may be able to use the information according to its own organisational needs.
