The Charity Governance Code (the Code) was created ‘by the sector, for the sector’ to highlight good practice and lead on governance thinking. To ensure it remains relevant, a limited consultation exercise was run by the Code’s Steering Group from November 2019 to February 2020.
This webinar highlighted the findings of the consultation, including how best to incorporate developments in governance regarding the principles of integrity and diversity, and outline the longer-term evolution for the Code.
