Andrew is a Partner of The Mentor Partnership, a consultancy specialising in company secretarial practice, publishing and training. He writes and lectures widely on company secretarial and legal issues, document retention and document management.
Andrew is the author of two books with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, The Law and Practice of Company Meetings and The The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland Guide to Document Retention. He is an Editor of the The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland’s Company Secretarial Practice manual, and its weekly email newsletter.
