Phil Davis

Philip Davis has been delivering courses for CGIUK&I The Chartered Governance Institute throughout the UK and Europe over the past 21 years and is responsible for refining and updating programmes to meet best practice.

As the Managing Director of TMF Training, he develops and delivers a wide range of management workshops and training programmes and to a variety of audiences, both nationally and internationally.

He has presented Effective Minute Taking to The Aga Khan Foundation Trust Standard Chartered Bank, J.P.Morgan, Allied Irish Bank, ,TescoBank, BWCI Guernsey (part of Abelica Global) TD Direct Investing (Europe), Oracle Software Group.

As well private sector and financial organisations he has delivered this course to public sector and governmental organisations including The Financial Conduct Authority, The UK National Health Service (NHS), The Environmental Agency and London South Bank University.

For the last 10 years he has travelled to Luxembourg twice a year to present Effective Minute Taking in conjunction with Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA).

He is also a regular visitor to Ireland to deliver this course to a wide variety of organisations based there.

Rob Robson

Dr Rob Robson is a Principal Lecturer at the University of Greenwich Business School and a management development consultant. He has been a member of the Chartered Governance Institute for over 30 years. Through his company, TMF, he specialises in the design & delivery of a range of seminars and training courses tailored to the needs of both large corporations and small businesses.
