Phil Davis is a director of TMF Training. He is involved in the development and delivery of a range of management workshops and training programmes as is the co-designer of the CGI training programme “Effective Minute Taking”. Phil has been delivering this programme for the CGI throughout the UK over the past six years, and more recently in Europe.

TMF Training is group of personal and organisational development trainers with a passion for helping organisations to unlock the potential of their people. They present tailored solutions on a variety of topics, grouped under two main themes: Management Skills and Personal Skills. TMF has been working closely with CGI for the past ten years in providing a series of ‘open’ personal development one-day courses.
