Tessa Hastie is an Associate Director and Knowledge Development Lawyer, and joint manager of the corporate finance know-how Group at Berwin Leighton Paisner. Tessa has been a knowledge development lawyer for over 10 years and is responsible for knowledge management and training within Corporate Finance.
Her advisory work covers a broad range of corporate law and practice, including fundraisings and flotations as well as general company constitutional and administration matters. Tessa is also responsible for business development and the development of know-how for our clients.
