She is author of Data Protection for the HR Manager and Data Protection in the Financial Services Industry published by Gower and The ICSA Data Protection Troubleshooter published by ICSA Publishing. She is also a regular contributor to the Wolters Kluwer Company Secretary’s Factbook.

Her in-house career as a company secretary and lawyer for 15 years gave Mandy a wealth of experience of business issues and instilled the need for business friendly solutions. She has been a freelance consultant for 13years offering audit, advice and training on privacy, information security and e-commerce issues.
