Mike Metcalf is a Partner at KPMG LLP and has almost two decades’ experience in the UK firm’s Department of Professional Practice, specialising in company law, UK GAAP and IFRS accounting issues.  Mike chairs the Company Law Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and was previously seconded to the UK Government’s Department of Trade and Industry to work on the reform of company law.
