Rob is the Executive Director of Strategy and Governance at Governance Gurus FZE, the premier Tuition Partner of CGIUKI in the MENA region.

He is a global leader in corporate governance and business excellence and assists organizations in enhancing their performance by incorporating strategic governance and ESG principles. He also has extensive experience in developing and improving governance frameworks, policies, and systems to ensure that organisations are compliant, efficient, and profitable. In addition, he has a strong background in HRM and training, and delivers excellent masterclasses and seminars on topics such as advanced leadership, ESG strategy, and diversity together with corporate culture transformation projects.

Rob has a master's degree in Leading Innovation and Change and level 7 advanced postgraduate diploma in HRM and Training.
