Developing as a board member

As the home of good governance, we can advise and train you in the duties of a director, signpost you to platforms to find a non-executive role. It is the ultimate responsibility of the Chair, who plays a central role in the functioning of the board.

There are resources and exemplar materials vital for Chairs, non-executive directors or trustees, as well as guidance on board effectiveness where you can find a directory of  board performance reviewers who have been accredited by CGIUKI.
