ProShare appoints Sophie Altaf as new Head to lead next phase of growth

ProShare, the leading voice for employee share ownership, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sophie Altaf as its new Head. Sophie will join the organisation next month and take forward its ambitious plans for growth, engagement and influence.

Sophie, who many in our industry will know, will be responsible for managing the development of the work of ProShare in promoting employee share plans and taking forward its strategy for growth.
She joins us from Fidelity UK, where she has been European Industry Relations & Marketing Lead since September 2018. Sophie has a broad experience of working in the share plan industry, which she joined in 2006 having had previous roles at Equatex, Computershare and others. 

Sophie will be the principal point of contact for ProShare members and non-members in the future and is very much looking forward to meeting or, in many cases, renewing acquaintance with all our members. She will work with Peter Swabey and Cansu Simsek and the rest of the CGI team as ProShare builds on its strong foundations as the leading voice of employee share plan practitioners and professionals.
