The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland invites nominations for election to its Board, with terms commencing 1 July 2026.
This election will be conducted under CGIUKI’s revised competency‑based nomination and assessment model, and two vacancies are open for election in 2026.
Applications are welcome from:
- Fellows, Associates and Affiliated Members of CGIUKI;
- Non-members with relevant skills and experience (subject to compliance with regulatory composition requirements)
We are especially interested in applications from those with a background in:
- Technology & Digital Transformation
- Branding & Communications
but welcome applicants with varied skill-sets.
Desirable attributes: early-career professional and/or Non-Executive Board/Trustee/Committee experience.
Nominations and applications are being accepted until midday BST on Wednesday 6 May.
