Tedi is a Senior Policy Associate in the Corporate Governance and Stewardship team at the FRC, being part of this team since 2020. Tedi’s role includes working on reviews and reports published by the FRC to assist companies with reporting against the requirements of the UKCG Code and the Wates Principles. His most recent work includes leading the work for the amendments to the risk management and internal control part of the UKCG and the related guidance. Before joining the FRC, Tedi worked as a Corporate Governance Assistant at Grant Thornton and, prior to that, as a company secretary in the private sector.
