Speakers
Claire is a leading authority on corporate reporting and author of Trust Me, I’m Listed.
Together they co-authored the paper “Your Precocious Intern – How to Use Generative AI Responsibly in Corporate Reporting.” The research draws on focus groups with FTSE 350 report preparers and institutional investors, exploring the integration of generative AI into corporate reporting and its broader implications.
Diana leads ESG research and develops AI-driven tools for ESG assessment.
Paul is a senior advisor on corporate governance, providing strategic guidance on governance frameworks, policies, and best practices at both national and international levels.
Valentina Dotto is a Policy Advisor at the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland, specializing in effective corporate governance. In 2022, she received the 'heavy lifters' award from DIACC for her contributions to the development of the Pan Canadian Trust Framework. She is a member of the World Council on Environmental Law (WCEL) and the Global Network of Human Rights and Environment (GNHRE).
She holds a bachelor's degree in International Development from Università Degli Studi di Torino, during which she completed placements at the Campus of the United Nations. During this time, she also earned a Diploma in International Contracts, Agreements, and Conventions from the International Labour Organisation ILO-United Nations System Staff College International Training Centre.
During her MSc. in Asian Studies at Lund University in 2015, she conducted a year-long research placement at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (National University of Singapore) and the National University of Malaysia. There, her research focused on the environmental impacts of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement.
Currently, she is on course to complete a PhD in constitutional and comparative law, where her research revolves around the use of law as a tool for social change.
