Speakers
Isabel Kelly
Isabel is a NED at TPXimpact, an AIM-listed digital transformation company, where she Chairs the ESG Committee. She is the Social Impact Board Advisor at Simply Business, SME insurance provider, owned by US insurance company Travelers. Both TPX and Simply Business are BCorps.
She is Founder of Profit with Purpose and co-founder of ESG Experts, consulting with companies to develop social impact strategy aligned to core business. She also offers advice through OCSO (Outsourced Chief Sustainability Officers).
She is an industry careers advisor for MBAs at the Said Business School Oxford, and a Trustee at Big Give, the UK's largest match funding charity, housed within Reed.co.uk.
From 2002 to 2014 she was International Director of the Salesforce Foundation delivering social impact using technology and time, and generating grants through discounted sales, to nonprofits across EMEA, APAC and Japan.
Before that she worked for 11 years at Amnesty International on the East Asia desk where she met the Dalai Lama twice. Her first job was at Oxfam.
Gregory Yianni
Associate Director - Sustainability Services at JTC
Gregory joined JTC in 2022 with a significant background in sustainability.
His current role focusses on expanding the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) services offering within JTC to support new and existing clients with their own ESG strategy formation and policy implementation as well as navigating ESG reporting requirements.
Previously at PwC in London, Gregory specialised in working with private equity and financial services clients on a variety of ESG / sustainability projects linked with investments and portfolios within multiple sectors. Some of these projects included designing and delivering training to senior leadership teams in key areas of climate risk, ESG reporting landscape and future impact of TCFD. He is also a ICAEW Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in external audit and ESG assurance of a range of companies including in the renewables and utilities sector.
Paul Johnston ACG
Associate Director, One Advisory
Paul has over fifteen years of experience in the corporate governance field, spanning the public, private, and third sectors. His most recent work in professional services has provided him with extensive experience advising private sector clients, including companies listed on the FTSE 100, FTSE 250, and AIM indices. Paul was shortlisted for the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland (CGIUKI) Governance Professional of the Year award in 2024.
As Chair of the South-East England Branch of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGIUKI), Paul has looked to drive thought leadership and innovation in governance practices. He has spoken at numerous national and international governance events, including as a moderator at a CGI MENA event and panellist at a Nigeria Institute of Directors events on artificial intelligence in 2024, panellist at the 2023 CGIUKI ESG Summit and various London Stock Exchange events. He also moderated panel events at COP29 in Azerbaijan on the intersection between emerging technologies and sustainability. Paul also writes on ESG topics, and his publications on board diversity and age inclusion have contributed to shaping governance standards for FTSE Small Cap and AIM-listed companies.
