Join this lunchtime event at Moores Hotel, as the Guernsey branch as 'Governance in the context of Investment' is discussed. We will ask:

 - Why is it important to clearly define governance within investments?
 - What are common pitfalls?
 - What does ‘good’ look like?

Speakers:

Gemma Howe, Client Director - Gemma joined ARC in September 2011,
having worked within the investment industry since 2003, with experience
as a portfolio manager.
Gemma helps private clients, family offices, trustees and charities assess
the suitability of their investment strategy and sustainability of their long
term objectives. Gemma blends her investment experience with ARC’s in-depth
proprietary analysis, helping clients to get the best from the investment
industry.
Gemma is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and
Investment and a Chartered Wealth Manager

Alex Babbe, Client Director - Alex advises families, trustees and family
offices. He joined ARC in February 2026 after senior roles at Credit Suisse,
where he led the portfolio management team in Guernsey. He is a CFA
charterholder and holds the Investment Management Certificate and the
Certificate in ESG Investing.
