Report launch: Gender diversity on AIM company boards

Overview

Join AddidatIndigo: Independent Governance and a panel of board members (to be announced) for the 4th annual deep dive into gender diversity on AIM boards, hosted by the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.

This year’s session, on Thursday 26 February at 09:00 GMT, gives companies clear, actionable insight into where they stand and what good looks like across the market.
We’ll cover:

  • The latest data on gender diversity across all AIM boards

  • Who holds power: representation of women in Chair, SID, CEO and CFO roles

  • Sector & market-cap differences and what’s driving them

  • The top-performing companies and what others can learn from them

  • Where progress has stalled and the practical implications for boards, investors and Nomination Committees

Whether you want to benchmark, improve, or learn from the panel, this webinar will be helpful for AIM leaders, board members and aspiring board members.
