Branch Chair

Paul Johnston ACG

Associate member of the CGI with nearly fifteen years’ company secretarial experience in both the private and charity sectors. I work at ONE Advisory Limited in a senior role, working to support clients with all their governance and compliance requirements. I have a particular interest in ESG factors and have been a speaker at CGI and London Stock Exchange events, including the CGI ESG Conference in 2023, on corporate governance matters. I am appointed as the company secretary on a voluntary basis for an international climate think tank, and separately for a national charity aimed at improving waterways for London and the surrounding areas for people and wildlife. Outside of work, I am trying to cling on to my youth by doing various triathlons and long-distance cycle rides. I also love music and play the piano (well) and the guitar (badly).
