The College was established in 1982, and initially located in Kensington [hence the name]. Its aim was to provide high-quality professional training courses for Business Management and the College looked for opportunities for exposure to real-life corporate culture, positioning itself as a specialist business school providing training for the managers of the future. The College’s reputation and success grew rapidly and moved to a cental London location, but retained its name, which by then had attracted strong customer loyalty.

Kensington College of Business (KCB) has had accredited status with The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) since 1984 and is proud to provide tuition for the both Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme and the Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice. This course aims to provide a practical understanding of key areas within Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice, for those working within the company secretarial department or within share registration.
