Overview
With the Advanced Certificate in Corporate Governance, you’ll develop your awareness of your legal obligations and best practice. Crucially, you’ll learn to interpret the frameworks underlying corporate governance law – so you can support good governance practices and effective stakeholder dialogue in your organisation.
Aimed at established governance professionals, this level 6 qualification is an equivalent level to the final year of a degree. You’ll find the course content relevant whether you work in the private, voluntary or public sectors. If you work in the NHS, the Advanced Certificate in Health Service Governance is for you.

Assessment
Assessment of the course is via a three hour exam, taken in June or November.
