Course Leader
Simon is an award-winning pioneer of AI since 2012. Now a trainer and speaker on AI adoption for global organisations. Simon designs and leads the CGI’s AI Curriculum for Boards, Company Secretariat and Senior Executives.
Simon helps Boards, Company Secretariat and Senior Executives gain a deeper understanding of AI so that a strategic direction can be set and organisations can go from disjointed conversations about AI, to being aligned, gaining confidence and building momentum.
Through his company Kegai, Simon delivers AI Lunch ‘n’ Learns, AI Boardroom Briefings and an AI Playbook that helps organisations ranging from the Third Sector to Mid-Market and FTSE100 companies.
Together with Kegai’s partners Simon helps establish AI Centres of Excellence that drive AI adoption to help organisations lead their category.
Simon spoke at the 2024 CGI Annual Conference on AI, leading two sessions and co-presenting a third session with Microsoft. Participants scored themselves before and after his mainstage session on a scale of 1 to 10 in their AI journey and in 40 minutes the shift in understanding and confidence around AI was substantial.
He is also co-Founder of an award-winning technology company, Kia Ora Digital, that helps clients become more profitable by generating more revenue through digital marketing, specifically Google Search.
Simon co-Founded a leading Generative AI company in 2012. It pioneered Generative AI that is 100% accurate (known as ‘deterministic’ vs LLMs that are ‘probabilistic’), has 43 patents, is used by several Fortune 500 companies and reached unicorn status.
He is an AI trainer, AI keynote speaker, author, podcaster and playwright.
