Learning outcomes

By the end of the day, you will understand:

  3. Shares, capital and the stock exchange.
  4. The role, duties and liabilities of directors.
  5. Techniques and tips on the execution of key compliance tasks, including filing statutory documents, keeping registers and organising the company AGM.
